Vendor Application 2023
Before you start:
- Please read the Vendor Terms and Conditions Agreement.
- Select your vendor category:
Pop-up Tent Vendors
Select this category if you will be offering products and services, ranging from artisan crafts to commercial goods. This can include artists, painters, craftsmen, farmers, apiaries, or businesses (including non-profit organizations) seeking to promote their services or sell their merchandise.
- Space up to 10 x 10 - $200 + HST
- Space up to 10 x 15 - $300 + HST
- Space up to 10 x 20 - $400 + HST
Food Vendors
Choose this category if you plan to prepare and serve food for consumption at the event. This can encompass restaurant owners, chefs, or food entrepreneurs. Please note that all Food Vendors must comply with the City of Ottawa’s health and safety regulations for food handling, storing and preparation.
- Space up to 10 x 10 - $400 + HST
- Space up to 10 x 15 - $600 + HST
- Space up to 10 x 20 - $800 + HST
Please be advised that OCUF representatives reserve the right to determine a location of your spot at the Festival.
Our application process includes:
- Step 1: Pay your vendor fee online.
- Step 2: Complete and submit your Vendor Application. We will review your application and inform you when it is approved.
