Choose this category if you will be selling products or promoting a business, service, or community organization from a pop-up tent. This category may include artisans, artists, painters, craftspeople, retailers, farmers, apiaries, businesses, non-profit organizations and community groups.
Choose this category if you will prepare or serve food for consumption at the event (including samples). All Food Vendors must comply with the applicable City of Ottawa’s health and safety requirements for food preparation, handling, storing and serving
Select this category if you require a 10×20 ft vendor space. This option is intended for larger food vendor setups, including food trucks, trailers, oversized tents, multiple cooking stations, larger serving areas, or any other food operation that requires more than the standard 10×10 ft footprint.
All food vendors preparing, cooking, serving, or providing food or beverage samples must comply with all applicable City of Ottawa health and safety requirements for food preparation, handling, storage, and service.
Food vendors may apply to sell approved products while moving throughout the Festival grounds. Roaming sales must be approved in advance and follow the sales method described in the vendor application. Vendors must keep entrances, walkways, performance areas and vendor spaces clear.
Electricity must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Please list all equipment and power requirements in your application.
