2018 Vendors Applications are now open

Vendor Application

Important dates:

  • Earlybird discount deadline - February 1, 2018 (5:00 pm)
  • Application deadline - May 1, 2018 (5:00 pm).

If you submit your application after May 1, 2018, we may not be able to accommodate you, and a 25% administration fee applies.


Before you start:

Food Vendors

Food Vendors prepare and sell food for consumption at the Festival.

  • Space up to 10 x 10 - $1,125.00 + HST
  • Space up to 10 x 15 - $1,525.00 + HST
  • Space up to 10 x 20 - $1,875.00 + HST

The package includes electricity, one table (two for 10x20) and two chairs. Also, you can rent a 10x10 tent for $250.00.


Pop-up Tent Vendors

This category includes all vendors not selling ready to consume food and who would like to operate in their own pop up tent.

  • Space up to 10 x 10 - $750.00 + HST
  • Space up to 10 x 15 - $900.00 + HST
  • Space up to 10 x 20 - $1,200.00 + HST

The package includes electricity, one table (two for 10x20), and two chairs. Also, you can rent a 10x10 tent for $250.00.


Table Vendors

This category include Artisan and Commercial Craft Vendors who would like to rent table space under the large, shared tent.

  • Artisan Vendors (who make traditional hand-made crafts) - $275.00 + HST
  • Commercial Vendors - $395.00 + HST

The package includes electricity, one table and two chairs. You can extend your space for $245.00 (plus one table).


Ukrainian Non-Profits

This category relates to organizations that aim to promote their business or services, and are not selling any merchandise.

  • Fee - $150.00 + HST

The package includes one table and two chairs.


Our application process includes:

  • Step 1: Pay your vendor fee online.
  • Step 2: Complete and submit your Vendor Application. We will review your application and inform you when it is approved.
